DR. PATRICK CHONZENA was raised in Snohomish and feels very fortunate to work and live in the community that he grew up in. He had dreamed of having a multidisciplinary clinic with talented natural healthcare providers that work together for the common good of both the clinic and patients. Snohomish Natural Health does just that.
It is important to Dr. Chonzena to offer more than just the typical spinal adjustment. Over the years he has developed a novel approach to Chiropractic care. It is based on the original Chiropractic philosophy that states “Chiropractic philosophy gravitates toward a holistic (“total person”) approach to healing which combines elements of the mind, body and spirit and maintains that health depends on obedience to natural laws, and that deviation from such laws can result in illness. ”
This holistic approach includes a blending of techniques including: Manual Chiropractic Manipulation, Network Spinal Analysis, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Somato Respiratory Integration, myofascial release, mindfulness, and nutrition. When you come in for a visit with Dr. Chonzena he will create a customized approach to your care based on your needs and goals.
He bases his treatment on the following belief: Everything we think creates emotion, every emotion held onto creates physical tension.
This physical tension often becomes the pain that motivates a person to seek care. The pain is not what is wrong, rather it is the indicator that something needs attention. Making conscious connection between the mind/emotions/structure creates an environment for a more complete experience of the self and healing.
